How do returns work if you buy online?

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt . The 14-day period begins on the day you or an authorized recipient receives the item.
Refunds will only be issued if the watch is in the same condition as pre-purchase.
How do returns work if you buy locally?
Watches purchased at our store, viewed and accepted with the “seen and liked” formula, are not subject to return. In accordance with the current legislation on contracts concluded on site, the purchase is considered final upon delivery and acceptance by the customer.
When can I consider the watch purchased?
The watch is considered purchased only and exclusively when Zorzoli Orologi receives the entire amount of the watch on its current account. In the event that the transaction is made via bank transfer, the receipt with order ID as the reason must also be attached.
