Shipping and delivery

Pickup at the store in Piazza Petrarca 16, Pavia is always possible as long as the Customer specifies this wish. Zorzoli Alessandro notifies the Customer when the product is “ready for delivery”.

Alternatively, Zorzoli Alessandro will ship the product to the Customer at the address provided by the latter.

Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Shipping takes place in all EU countries and non-EU countries unless the shipping order is accepted by our partners specializing in the transport of valuables.
The shipment of products sold by Zorzoli Alessandro takes place through delivery platforms specialized in security vehicles with insured transport (Ferrari SPA, Malca Amit, etc.).

Each shipment will be insured for the full value paid by the Customer, who therefore does not run any economic risk for the shipment of purchased items.
Since these are valuable items, for the protection of the Customer, the delivery of the ordered products will take place exclusively at the address indicated by the Customer and physically to the person whose identity document was provided or to a formally delegated representative (concierge, doorman, receptionist, security personnel, domestic staff, relatives or in-laws, official or person residing at the indicated address). Under normal operating conditions, the carrier will contact the Customer to communicate the time of delivery.

Zorzoli Alessandro provides the Customer with the expected time for delivery of the goods shipped, but cannot in any case be held responsible for any delays or failure to deliver due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, nor for delays attributable to the carrier of the goods.

Upon receipt of the purchased product, the Customer is required to check whether: the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the transport document; whether the packaging is externally intact.

If the Customer, at the time of delivery of the goods, certifies that the sales packaging is not intact or damaged, he/she is required to sign the courier's delivery receipt by adding the wording "Accepted with reservation", in order to obtain the possible repair or replacement of the products contained therein (if actually damaged during shipping), after returning them to Zorzoli Alessandro in their original packaging, according to the methods and terms indicated below in the "Warranty" paragraph.

Acceptance of the delivered products without the Customer having made a reservation or dispute about the delivery in the transport document is equivalent to recognition of the conformity of the delivery to the order in terms of quantity, type and packaging.
Please remember that the product damaged following shipment will be accepted by Zorzoli Alessandro and replaced, where possible, with an identical product, if all the following conditions are also respected: the sales package must be intact and complete in all its parts;

The damage must not be attributable to improper use, therefore there must be no tampering, scratches, missing parts; the product must be accompanied by a document where the damage to the product is contested.
Any additional guarantees provided by current legislation in relation to the products delivered remain unaffected.

Consumer's right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/05, the Consumer who purchases one or more products through remote communication techniques can exercise the right of withdrawal without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

This right is reserved exclusively for “Consumer” Customers and therefore cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to any entrepreneurial or professional activity they may carry out.

All customized, modified or commissioned products are an exception (such as a ring made to the customer's size, a watch engraved on request); for such products the possibility of refund and/or return is not applicable or effective.
The Consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a communication to Zorzoli Alessandro within 14 days from the day following the date of receipt of the product.

The Customer must return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal communication, carefully packaged and shipped at his own expense. The deadline is considered respected if the customer sends the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period.

In procedural terms, the customer must send, within the deadline indicated above, a written communication to the email address: info@zorzoliorologi.com certifying the specific desire to exercise the right of return on the purchased product.

After sending the written communication of withdrawal, the Customer must arrange for the shipment of the product carefully packaged and complete with all accessories and everything originally contained. The package must be sent to the following address: Zorzoli Alessandro, Piazza Petrarca 16, Pavia, 27100 (PV), Italy.

The shipment, until the receipt of the goods at the headquarters of Zorzoli Alessandro, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer. Zorzoli Alessandro is not responsible in any way for damage, theft or loss of products that occur during the return shipment by the Customer. It is therefore advisable to organize an insured shipment.

Zorzoli Alessandro suggests entrusting the shipment to a specialized security carrier and is available, upon request of the Customer, to provide contacts relating to its suppliers in this area.

Upon receipt of the shipment, Zorzoli Alessandro will video record the opening of the package containing the returned item in order to document the conditions of receipt of the package, the item and the accessories and reveal any damage not caused by Zorzoli Alessandro or tampering or replacements with counterfeit products.

Once the checks on the condition of the product have been completed, acceptance of the return will be communicated to the Customer by sending a confirmation via email within seven working days of receiving the item at the indicated destination.

The refund will include the full value of the returned products. The only costs due by the Customer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the shipping costs incurred for returning the products to Zorzoli Alessandro, which will not be refunded.
